Q: Is all your jewelry really handmade?
A: Why, yes it is! All our jewelry is completely handmade and constructed by our two pairs of hands in our studio outside of Boulder, Colorado. We take a lot of pride in making all of our jewelry from beginning to end using traditional metalsmithing techniques such as soldering, hammering, sawing, buffing and forming.
Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: We are currently unable to accommodate custom orders or reservations on pieces. However, we do take requests into account! If there's something you'd like to see in a specific style or size, let us know :)
Q: I don't see very many stone pieces in your shop. How often do you release new designs?
A: Yes, unfortunately our one of kind stone pieces tend to sell out very fast. We do however try to create new pieces with stones periodically. We love releasing new work! Please subscribe to our newsletter and/or follow us on social media for updates.
Q: Could you engrave a little message on the piece of jewelry I want to purchase?
A: Unfortunately not. We are currently not set up to engrave any of our jewelry.
Q: How do I figure out my ring size?
A: It is best if you can have your finger measured with a ring sizer. Most jewelers provide this service for free. However, if you are unable to do so, there are many complimentary ring sizers online that also work quite well.
Q: Do you offer resizing or repairs?
A: We unfortunately do not offer resizing of our jewelry. Please contact us if your piece needs repair. We will try our best to work with you in recommending options for your piece! We also do not work on jewelry other than our own.
Q: Where do you buy your metals?
A: We proudly purchase our recycled sterling silver and gold from Rio Grande and Hoover & Strong.
Being eco-conscious is very important to us, in general. In addition to using recycled metals, we also use all natural alternatives to many chemicals normally used during metalsmithing. Most of our packaging is made out of recycled materials and in order to save a few more trees, we don’t provide paper invoices unless specifically requested.
Q: Can I ship to a person other than myself?
A: Yes, you can send the package directly to your loved one. Also, if you would like to add a personalized note, we’d be happy to include that free of charge.
Q: How long are your shipping and processing times?
A: Please allow for up to 1 week for us to process your order before it is ready for shipping. Since we offer a wide selection of jewelry designs, we often need this time frame to get your jewelry made and packaged before it's ready for shipping.
Standard Shipping to U.S. Addresses:
Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage Mail. Per USPS guidelines, domestic delivery times range between 2-9 days, but in most cases 2-4 business days to the contiguous 48 states.
Q: Do you ship internationally? Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?
A: Yes, we ship anywhere USPS ships, which is just about anywhere in the world. Orders are shipped via USPS Global Mail. Per USPS guidelines, delivery times range between 10-21 business days. Please note that our international customers are responsible for any and all Customs Import Taxes and/or VAT charged by their country.
Q: What if my package got lost in the mail?
A: It probably didn’t. In most cases, the package is just taking the long route to get to you :) Sometimes, foreign customs can inject a significant delay. However, if your package is long over due, please contact us as we may have additional means of tracking down your package.
Q: Do you have a return policy?
A: Yes, we do. All unwanted items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. For more details regarding returns, see our general Refund Policy.
